For the poor youth of today....

I hope to reach the youth of today, which are from the poor families. I have an important message I need to get across. I know that even if you are poor, you have access to the media. Online, print out, or whatever means, this can reach you.

If you are not poor or doesn't belong to the poverty line or even below that, stop reading. If you didn't experience to go to school with just enough money to pay for transport, or not even enough actually, stop reading. If you didn't experience to eat rice, with just some sugar on top, or maybe soy sauce, or if lucky maybe a tomato, stop reading. You wouldn't understand.

I see poor people everywhere. Some of my relatives as well are poor. And so I am writing...

It is difficult to be poor. It is hard. We know this day by day. And with so much crimes happening, some gives up somewhere along the way and just gives in to the cruel world. They turn into drug addicts, thief, or some gets pregnant. But this doesn't have to be your ending. There is a way out. This is cliche. But I tell you, it is true! Deny yourself this chance and you will regret it one day, maybe too late. My advise is very simple: FINISH YOUR STUDIES. And I mean college, yes. There will be people snobbing saying nahhh, even if you dont, you can still earn money. Yes, that's true! But would it be enough to change your life? Would it move you to the suburbs ? Would it give you the chance to help your love ones?? Most probably not!!!  The money you will be earning would be enough maybe for a year or two of going out, buying you things, you think you need.

It is not bad to dream. It isn't bad to think that there could be something better for yourself. GOD created this beautiful world we are in. Take it one day at a time. Don't dwell on it too much. But set the goal of finishing your studies. Afterwards, you do the math. It would take you to places you'eve never think you can go. It can be the stepping stone you need. Yes it would still be the same world you were living in. But it would give you an edge. How to use it afterwards is all up to you.

Lend a Hand!

Sponsor a child in the Philippines to school for only 600 Php every month!

It is possible, a lot of children have graduated under this program. Do your research if you don't believe me. I did mine.

Your monthly coffee expenses is way morrre than the monthly contribution they need. Ok maybe it's not coffee, it could be your mani-pedi spa treatment or your favorite food that you cannot live without, but you get the point!

Go to their website to understand more: https://www.worldvision.org.ph/sponsor-child/

The New Era

I honestly don't know where to start but don't get me wrong I've got so many ideas just don't know which one to go for first! Ha ha....Ok chill.... It has been 6 yrs or more that I haven't really blogged. Please don't count the previous one before this, that was more of an excitement shout out! So it has been too long, and so many things happened already, for instance:

- We now have 3 children, all boys, ages 9, 6 and 2. Yes my life is exciting! It is a wonderful adventure everyday! Thank you.

- We now live in a very very far far far place from work. This story needs it's own article to be justified. It is horrific in one way, but a blessing in another. Hmm feels like I'm making an outline of my next write ups.

- We now are in a much more comfortable mode of living. No need to ask me how, I will blog it all! Ha ha Yep you should know by now I don't hide much. Cliche as it is, my life is an open book.

- We (yes my other half) and myself, are both M now. Yes it could mean we are both masochist ha ha, or better both matured, or yes that could mean we are both an addict to my favorite fast food chain of all, lets sing, I'm loving it! Keep on guessing, you'll get there.

- We have stricken down some of the things in our bucket list. Yes we have one! Don't you? i.e. visited the romantic city, saw some of the world's basilica, visiting Hitler's descendants and eating their chocolate pretzel, arrrgggg yumminesssss cant forget!

- My little brother (which is not really so little anymore) is in Dubai now, well almost a year now. But anyway that is amazing! Have prayed for it for so long, and it did come true!

Of course there are some negative stuff that happened along the way, it's life.

- The unrest in some part of the world is getting worst. No words. Christmas is around the corner. Let there be peace. With this, stock market all over crashes. Again, no words.

- China doesn't seem to be backing off with it's plan to seize all islands in their neighboring countries. Not only in Philippines, their doing it to Taiwan, Maldives and even Japan. Although our friends from USA is not sleeping on this, the thought of it escalating gives me the creeps.

- Crime level in the Philippines is now outrageous. Our countrymen is known to be courageous and madiskarte. Unfortunately some people are using it to their own selfish needs. It's nothing new, yes we are a poor country but that shouldn't mean we should take advantage of others. Specially if its the people who day in day out goes to work and try their best to make a living. The it's more fun in the Philippines tag, can now be changed with so many bad words. Sad.

- The saddest part of all, my favorite Aunt is now in heaven. She is surely missed. Ironic, but at the same time, no more pain mama.
